Noor Al Dua, published by Daynoor LLC • Last updated: 20 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Daynoor LLC trading as Daynoor (“Daynoor,” “we,” “us”) for the Noor Al Dua app and related websites (the “Services”).
By creating an account, confirming eligibility, redeeming a family login code, tapping “Agree,” or using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Noor Al Dua helps you learn and memorise duas and azkar through lessons, audio, optional recitation practice, optional community listening for eligible adults, reminders, and progress features. Features may change. Reciter audio is provided for learning; availability can vary by dua.
Independent email or Google accounts. You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an independent Noor Al Dua account with email or Google. Before you create that account, we will ask you to confirm that you are 13 or older and that you are creating it for yourself, not for a child under 13. By continuing, you represent that those statements are true.
You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information (including gender if you use Community, because listening rules depend on it).
If your representation is false, or if you later indicate during setup that you are under 13, Daynoor will not complete that independent account. We may close it and delete associated personal information, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may not keep or convert that email or Google session into a child login.
Family package. The organizer (the payer should be an adult) may generate family login codes for household members. The organizer sets each child’s age and role. A child under 13 may use the Services only by redeeming a valid parent-issued family login code. That code is not an independent email or Google account. The organizer is responsible for the child’s use of the Services and for revoking codes.
Children using a family login may not use Community. Lesson recordings by a child may be stored and shown only to parent(s) in that household.
We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law, including accounts created for a child under 13 with email or Google.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own Islamic learning, or, if you are an organizer, to permit household members to use the Services as allowed in these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Services to build a competing dataset of our lesson text, audio, or user recordings, except where the law does not allow us to restrict that.
Qur’an and dua texts are religious source material; our lesson structure, translations, word breakdowns, audio packaging, characters, and software are Daynoor’s (or our licensors’) intellectual property.
If you record your voice or post in Community, you keep ownership of your performance. You grant Daynoor a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transcribe, score, moderate, and (if you are an eligible adult and you share) stream that recording to other users of the Services as described in the Privacy Policy. Children’s lesson recordings may be stored and shown only to parent(s) in the household.
You must not post content that is harassing, sexual, hateful, impersonating, infringing, or unrelated spam. Recitations should be sincere attempts at the assigned dua.
Female users’ recitations are only offered to listeners who have identified as female. Do not misrepresent gender to bypass this. Children cannot use Community.
Scores are educational estimates, not a religious ruling (fatwa) and not a certificate of tajweed.
You agree not to: probe or overload our servers; share your password; share a family login code except with the intended household member; harvest other users’ data; interfere with another learner’s recordings; create an independent email or Google account for a child under 13; or use the Services for anything unlawful.
If you enable reminders, the app may send local and push notifications, including after reboot on Android. You can disable them in system settings. Exact-time reminders need system permission on some Android versions.
The Services are a study aid. Translations and explanations may be simplified. Consult a qualified teacher for worship-critical questions. Daynoor is not a mosque, not a mufti service, and not a substitute for professional advice.
Google Sign-In, Firebase messaging, fonts, cloud hosting, audio CDN, recitation evaluation, and (if enabled) Crashlytics / analytics are provided by third parties. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages we do not control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Progress is synced when online; we are not liable for lost local progress if you uninstall without an account or if a device fails. Family login and kids-mode features may not be available in every release.
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion. Parents may revoke child logins. If we close an independent account because the user is under 13, we will delete personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by a store or by law, or if we shut down the product. Sections that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYNOOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. RECITATION SCORES MAY BE WRONG.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYNOOR LLC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND USD 50. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW SOME LIMITS; THERE, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LOWEST AMOUNT THE LAW ALLOWS.
You will indemnify Daynoor against claims arising from your recordings, your Community conduct, your household’s child logins, an ineligible account you created for a child under 13, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
If you download from Apple or Google, those stores’ terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, support, or these Terms. You acknowledge they are third-party beneficiaries of the store-related provisions of these Terms to the extent required by their developer agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring mandatory consumer claims in your country of residence where the law requires.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our website and, for material changes, notifying you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
